Ladies Pamper Night at King Ecgberts Scool, Dore
Elizabeth A Edwards' eco-friendly range took centre stage in a catwalk show at King Ecgbert’s School in Dore on Thursday 2 April 2009. The clothes were modeled by King Ecgbert pupils and the school’s summer newsletter reported that “The fashion show was spectacular”. The Famous Sheffield Shop
Paul Iseard, keen photographer and owner of The Famous Sheffield Shop, 475 Ecclesall Road, S11, teamed with Elizabeth A.Edwards in another campaign to raise money for PACT. From the end of November through to Christmas Eve 2008 a series of seasonal outfits from Elizabeth A Edwards’ eco-friendly range were displayed in the window of The Famous Sheffield Shop. This campaign, Metallic ImPACT, reflects Sheffield’s and the shop’s metallic influences. All the garments shown had a metallic touch. In addition, Paul included a photograph (lower right) showing two of the eco-friendly outfits from the Art in the Gardens Fashion Shows in his 2009 calendar.

Elizabeth has previously used Jan’s shoes for photoshoots and catwalk shows. Call Jan on 07909 918611 for details of stockists. In addition to the shoes, clients were given the opportunity to try and buy a selection of unique, one-off, eco-friendly designer garments from Elizabeth A Edwards' eco-friendly range.

Art In The Gardens
On 6 & 7 September 2008
the Floral ImPACT team presented a series of floral-themed catwalk shows at Sheffield’s Art in the Gardens event in the historic Botanical Gardens. The exciting new eco-friendly Hope&Glory range by Elizabeth A Edwards was accessorised by fantastic floral designs by Sarah Turpin. Despite the inclement weather the shows went on. Models, including Miss Sheffield, Jaime-Lee Faulkner, ditched killer heels for bare feet as the catwalk became wet and muddy in surroundings reminiscent of past Glastonbury festivals! Sheffield’s Star and Telegraph newspapers both reported that “the Floral ImPACT fashion show proved so popular that it is set to become a regular part of the event in the future”. Donations and the sale of raffle tickets raised in excess of £1,000 for PACT.

YTV’s Calendar
In the week prior to Art in the Gardens 2008 YTV’s news programme Calendar ran a report on Elizabeth A Edwards’ eco-friendly range which showed an interview with Elizabeth at the Botanical Gardens, and models Jaime-Lee Faulkner (Miss Sheffield), Becky Johnson, Alex Williams and Rosie Whawell wearing outfits from the collection.

BBC Radio Sheffield
Again in the run up to Art in the Gardens 2008, designer Elizabeth A Edwards and
Sarah Turpin were invited by BBC Radio Sheffield to talk to Gareth Evans live on air about their involvement with PACT and the Floral ImPACT fashion shows.
